CTRM AeroSystems Launches First Cost Optimization Initiative (COIN) Ceremony 2026

SUBANG – CTRM AeroSystems marked an important milestone with the first-ever launch of the Cost Optimization Initiative (COIN) Ceremony 2026 on 12 February 2026.

The ceremony was successfully delivered through close collaboration between CTRM Aero Composites and CTRM AeroSystems, demonstrating strong synergy within the CTRM Group. Leveraging the maturity and experience of CTRM Aero Composites, the team in Subang was guided effectively, enabling several initiatives to be realised within a short period of time. This achievement reflects the strength of CTRM as a Group, working together as One Team to deliver impactful outcomes.

The ceremony was officiated by En. Shamsuddin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CTRM Holdings, who emphasised the importance of building a strong improvement culture and empowering employees to contribute ideas that generate measurable cost savings.

COIN is an employee-driven programme that embraces continuous improvement, transforming ideas into realised cost savings and shared rewards. Its launch represents a strategic step forward in strengthening operational discipline, efficiency and value-driven thinking across all levels of employees.

The official launch included a symbolic activation that represented collaboration and shared responsibility, reinforcing the message that continuous improvement starts with all of us.
