10th Convocation Ceremony at DRB-Hicom University

We are proud to highlight the achievements of our outstanding graduates at the 10th Convocation Ceremony held on 4 April 2026 at the Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Chancellery Hall, DRB-HICOM University, Pekan, Pahang.

Since 2019, CTRM Holdings Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.) has collaborated with DRB-HICOM University through the 2u2i model, integrating academic learning with industry experience to build a sustainable pipeline of industry-ready talent in aerospace composite manufacturing.

The programme comprises both Diploma (DCM) and Bachelor (BCM) tracks, with a current total enrolment of 54 students:
• DCM: 6 students (5 completed, 1 in Semester 5)
• BCM: 48 students (38 completed, 10 in Semester 5)

In supporting internal capability development, CTRM has also extended its Education Assistance Scheme to 17 eligible employees, funding 60% of their tuition fees.

A proud highlight from this year’s convocation is the recognition of two staff members from CTRM Aero Composites, Melaka from the 2021 intake (Batch 4) for their outstanding academic achievements. Mr. Hanif Safwan Bin Mohd Shaifuddin from Process Engineering was awarded the Chairman’s Award while Mr. Mohamed Amir Bin Farizan from Manufacturing Engineering received the Book Prize Award.
