Revamping the 2023 Best Employee Award

At the recent Best Employee Award Ceremony, 18 CTRM employees stood out and were recognized as Best Employees for FY 2023. These exceptional individuals received cash vouchers and other tokens from CTRM, awarded by the COO, Mr. Nor Azham Baharin, in recognition of their outstanding contributions.

The awarded employees not only demonstrated remarkable performance but also showcased their ability to consistently provide innovative ideas and solutions. Their initiatives in COIN (Cost Optimization Initiative) and MyKaizen have significantly contributed to creating a new operational excellence ambience in CTRM.
