The establishment of the Quality Clinic in April 2015 posed considerable difficulties, although the team shown great perseverance. Mohd Adil Mahayudin, a crucial member of the highly anticipated Quality Clinic, stressed the utmost significance of giving priority to customer satisfaction and making focused efforts to eliminate defects while working towards achieving key milestones.

The CTRM Quality Clinic team overcame obstacles and obtained the much awaited Quality Clinic certification and plaque on August 3, 2017. We commend the staff for their steadfast dedication to maintaining CTRM quality standards.
