DRB-HICOM Group Human Capital (GHC) Conference 2025 – From Strategy to Impact

CTRM, BATU BERENDAM, 21 August 2025 – The Human Capital 2025 Conference was more than just an event; it marked a significant moment for connection, learning, and alignment within the GHC DRB-HICOM. On this day, both Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) issues were addressed. The conference brought together 64 participants from 26 subsidiaries, all united under the theme “From Strategy to Impact.”

Participants enjoyed an exclusive tour of CTRM, which provided firsthand insights into aerospace excellence and a glimpse of daily operational success. Back in the event hall, Group Chief Human Capital Officer Shamsol Anuar Ibrahim delivered an insightful opening speech to all attendees. Following this, welcoming remarks were given by CTRM’s CEO, Shamsuddin Mohamed Yusof, who graciously hosted this year’s event. 

Lightning talks on industrial relations and a Talent Acquisition Forum were held, featuring expert HR speakers. There was also a session on HR digitisation, where participants shared innovative ideas. Other activities included networking sessions, interactive discussions and a car display by EON outside the hall.

This conference conveyed a clear message: our employees are central to DRB-HICOM’s growth and transformation. As we look towards 2026, the spirit of Human Capital 2025 reminds us that by collaborating, sharing knowledge and embracing innovation, we can effectively strategise, lead and transform as one team.
