CTRM’s ‘the Probe’& ‘TQM Improvement’ bagged the Gold Award

At the 2017 Southern Region Team Excellence Convention held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Melaka, 77 groups competed. CTRM participated with two groups, ‘the Probe’ and ‘TQM Improvement’, and both received the Gold award. Both teams implemented cost-saving initiatives in their projects, resulting in significant savings. ‘The Probe’ achieved this through the ‘Optimization on A320 Spoiler Compaction Table through Automation’ project, while ‘TQM Improvement’ saved costs with the ‘Improvement of Total Tool Reliability for A350 IBF/OBF Package’ project. The ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Chua Tee Yong, Deputy Minister of MITI, who also presented certifications and awards to the winners.
