CTRM Rai 93 Pekerja Cemerlang Sukuan 1 & 2 2017/2018

Composites Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM) awarded 93 employees with the Best Employee Awards for the First and Second Quarters of 2017/2018. The Human Resource Department organised the event in recognition of employees’ commitment and contributions.

CTRM Aero Composites’ COO, En. Roslan Roskan, emphasised the value of cooperation in achieving company success, as well as the objective of becoming a ‘Super Second Tier firm’ in the aerospace industry.

Since the awards began in 2014/2015, 484 employees have been honoured, with two receiving the honour four times. The recipients were picked based on their work ethic, involvement, attendance, and performance level. En. Zulfadhli Idrus of the CTRM Testing Laboratory delivered a motivational speech during the occasion.
