CTRM is Embracing Zero Harm Policy with the Current Safety Project

The Hazard Fighters, a team from CTRM, won the DRB-HICOM SHE Excellence Award 2023 for their creative safety project, “Implementation of Biometric Fingerprint System for Autoclave (Curing Process).” By guaranteeing that no worker is left behind in the dangerous autoclave area, which is exposed to risks like explosions and burns, this method aims to prevent accidents. The Hazard Fighters placed fourth in the competition after placing in the top 5 out of 72 concepts. The prize was accepted by CTRM’s Chief Operating Officer, Nor Azham Baharin.
