CTRM is Embracing Zero Harm Policy with the Current Safety Project

Shamsuddin Mohamed Yusof, the CEO of CTRM, emphasizes the importance of a continuous culture of safety. The company’s team, the Hazard Fighters, participated in the DRB-HICOM SHE Excellence Award 2023 and secured a position in the top 15 out of 72 proposals. Their project, the “Implementation of Biometric Fingerprint System for Autoclave (Curing Process),” addresses the hazards associated with the curing process in the manufacturing line. This initiative aims to eliminate worker risks and prevent accidents. The implementation of a systematic-electronic-biometric buddy system is to ensure that no worker is ‘left behind’.
