Focussing on Human Capital Development and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), the Malaysia Aerospace Summit (MyAero’19) was held at MITI Tower in Kuala Lumpur. The goal of the event, “Industry Excellence Through People,” was to investigate ways to support the growth of regional talent in the aerospace sector. It was hosted by NAICO with sponsorship from MITI and featured career presentations, a research seminar, an aerospace expo, and a symposium. In order to equip graduates for the aerospace industry, MITI Minister YB Datuk Darrel Leiking emphasised the necessity for highly qualified personnel and the need to update academic programs. CTRM attended the event and took part in the Industry Symposium and Career Talk. CTRM has been working with TVET partners since 2012.
