CTRM Awarded Bronze Level Maturity in Aero Excellence™ 2025

CTRM, Melaka, October 2025 –

Aero Excellence™ is an initiative that aims to improve supplier performance and establish a universal assessment standard for industrial excellence within the global aerospace supply chain. Launched in June 2023 at the Paris Air Show by the French aerospace trade association (GIFAS), it provides a comprehensive industrial maturity assessment of factory operations, focusing on industrialization and excellence across the sector.

CTRM was selected by Collins Aerospace to participate in Aero Excellence 2025. The four-day assessment, focusing on Operational Excellence areas such as the efficiency of production systems, supply chain management, quality, and safety, was rigorous and was carefully structured to ensure every facet of the manufacturing process was covered. CTRM was awarded a Bronze level of maturity, and the assessment also recognized several strengths, including:

• A best-in-class supply chain ensuring efficient planning and supplier coordination
• Strong integration between planning and logistics teams with demand management
