In February 2024, CTRM Melaka recognized its outstanding employees through the reinstated Employee Award Programme, part of the company’s employee recognition strategy. The selection process focused on criteria such as a clean disciplinary record, excellent attendance, high departmental performance, and participation in cost-saving initiatives like COIN and kaizen projects. At the recent Best Employee Award Ceremony, 18 employees were honored for their contributions in 2023, receiving cash vouchers and tokens of appreciation. Five top performers were specifically recognized for their exceptional contributions, achieving over RM 5,000 in savings and meeting 100% productivity targets, with each receiving RM 1,000 in rewards.
