Charity Begins at Our Second Home, CTRM

CTRM Waqaf Corner was launched in early 2018 to help ease the financial burden of lower-income employees by providing free meals during work hours. Initially starting with one kiosk and a monthly donation of RM200, it has since expanded to two kiosks with contributions growing to RM1000 per month. Supported by CEO Encik Shamsuddin Mohamad Yusof, the program now also benefits apprentices and interns. Due to its success, CTRM plans to open two more kiosks, and employees can contribute through a monthly subsidy program. The initiative has become a valuable part of the company’s corporate responsibility and employee welfare efforts.
