Brilliant Effort Earns CTRM the Contribution to Organization Award 2017

In 2003, the Asia HRD Award was established to recognize individuals and organizations who contribute to human resource development. In 2017, Composites Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM) received the ‘Contribution to Organization’ Award for their exemplary practices in boosting employee morale. CTRM implemented a successful HR scorecard program aimed at enhancing employees’ skills and capabilities, leading to positive impacts on the company’s business performance. The event, graced by Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, also honoured five other organizations for their outstanding contributions. Mr. Che Zulhaimee Abdullah, the Head of Human Capital & Administration at CTRM, accepted the award on behalf of the company. Additionally, Mr. Roslan Roskan, the Chief Operating Officer of CTRM Aero Composites, was also present at the event.
