At CTRM, we constantly and continuously work on upgrading employee knowledge and skill as it helps in developing and nurturing them to become a more reliable resource which eventually benefits the company. In the industry where technology and innovation have no boundaries, we make sure our employees take skill enhancement or employee development activities seriously. It is of utmost importance for them to keep abreast with the latest developments in the industry to survive the fierce competition in the world out there.
To support this initiative, CTRM has established the Practical Training Facility (PTF)—a specialized training environment designed to provide hands-on experience in a simulated production setting. This dedicated facility is fully equipped with relevant modules, hand tools, accessories, and resources that replicate real-world manufacturing processes. It enables trainees to acquire practical experience and develop the critical skills necessary for efficient and safe production operations. Training sessions are led by our in-house technical experts, ensuring that the knowledge imparted is both relevant and impactful. Currently, PTF is applicable for Hand Lay-Up, Paintshop and Assembly and shall be expanded to other area if deemed necessary.
