CTRM Aero Composites Achieves 3rd place at SHE Excellence Award 2026

CTRM Aero Composites, Melaka (CTRM AC) was honoured to participate in the SHE Excellence Award 2026 held at the EON Berhad (Edaran Otomobil Nasional) Auditorium, bringing together DRB-Hicom subsidiaries across the group in a shared commitment towards advancing Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) excellence.

Represented by the cross-functional team “The Executors”, CTRM AC proudly presented the Digital Cutting Machine project, an innovative initiative designed to enhance workplace safety, reduce operational risks and leverage digitalization to improve SHE practices.

Out of 45 ideas submitted from 12 subsidiaries, CTRM AC successfully secured 1 idea among the Top 10 finalists, with one idea shortlisted for the final presentation stage. The event showcased a wide range of impactful and forward-thinking solutions focused on strengthening SHE standards through innovation, technology and continuous improvement.

The program also featured insightful presentations, leadership speeches, engaging discussions and the Health Manual Launching Gimmick involving all subsidiaries, reinforcing the collective commitment towards cultivating a safer and healthier working environment across the group.

CTRM AC is proud to have been awarded 3rd place in this year’s SHE Excellence Award, marking a meaningful recognition of the team’s dedication, collaboration and innovative mindset.
