Our suppliers are to practice APQP and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) which are mandatory when specified in any contractual document issued by CTRM. It can also be mandated as part of quality initiatives, including the Supplier Improvement Program, new or derivative programs, new product introductions, major product or process modifications, transfers of work etc.
